Carol Shea-Porter served two terms in the U.S. House of Representatives in New Hampshire's First District. She is running against Republican Frank Guinta who unseated her during the 2010 election. She lives in Rochester and received a Master’s degree in public administration, University of New Hampshire. She's married to her husband Gene, and they have two adult children.
