"Kasich’s trade deals cost Ohio thousands of jobs - 49,000 jobs to Mexico, 91,000 to China."
About $4.89 billion in one-time money was used to balance the current state general revenue fund budget.
"In Ohio, we invested in our children, raising school funding by 5.5 percent in the last budget."
