From the start of his run for president last summer, Texas Gov. Rick Perry lofted multiple claims drawing our fact-checks — including our early rating of his 2010 promise not to run for president as Broken.

Political foes similarly made interesting statements regarding Perry, who has nearly three years remaining in his latest gubernatorial term.
