More Peace Corps?

During the campaign, Barack Obama said he would double the Peace Corps to 16,000 by its 50th anniversary in 2011 and push Congress to fully fund this expansion. The Peace Corps sends volunteers to help developing countries.
Obama's first budget fell short of his promise, so we rated the promise Stalled .
