Drug promises stall because of PhRMA deal

President Barack Obama has been concentrating on health care refom, and we've rated many of his promises on health care In the Works.
Today, though, we turn to two promises we've rated Stalled, promises that Obama appears to be putting aside after he negotiated a deal with the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America, or PhRMA, as he tries to build support for health care reform.
