Statements about Children

Twenty percent of single adults, ages 21 to 25 with no kids, "are not working or even in school trying to find a job."

Says Milwaukee blacks have 55 percent male unemployment, 60 percent truancy, a 50 percent graduation rate, the "worst" reading scores and "lead" in infant mortality. 

"Over 22,000 unique Internet Protocol addresses -- in Wisconsin alone -- have downloaded child pornography."
