"Capital Tonight," the Time Warner Cable news program hosted by Paul Brown that focuses on what's happening under the dome in Austin, invites us over most Fridays to talk about a fact check or two.
We're newly happy to share video segments, starting with the one with this story. On the Sept. 19 show, Brown inquired into our check of a claim by Democrat Wendy Davis that Republican Greg Abbott failed to act on alleged sexual misdeeds at a West Texas school. We rated her statement Mostly False.
