Scott earned his BA from Harvard in 1969 and his Juris Doctorate from Boston College in 1973. Served in the Virginia House of Delegates from 1979-83 and in the Virginia Senate from 1983-93. Born 04/30/1947 in Washington, Lives in Newport News. Divorced.
