Friends of Plum Beach Lighthouse

The Friends of Plum Beach Lighthouse is a nonprofit organization that acquired the Plum Beach Lighthouse with the goal of preserving it. The lighthouse was built in 1897 off North Kingstown in Narragansett Bay's West Passage and abandoned in 1941 with the construction of the Jamestown Bridge.
