Bill Spelman

Bill Spelman, won election to his second stint on the Austin City Council in 2009, having previously served from 1997 to 2000. He is a professor at the University of Texas Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs. He left the council on the change to a single-member district system in 2015.
