The Niles Democrat had another chance to vent recently when The House of Representatives passed a bill to overturn a court decision that interfered with federal government’s ability to impose countervailing duties on Chinese goods.

"Ohio has lost close to 100,000 jobs due to unfair trade practices by China," Ryan said.
