We're honored that PC World has named us one of " The 100 Incredibly Useful and Interesting Web Sites ." PolitiFact was included in the category " 5 Sites That Will Boost Your Political Awareness ."
We have to confess that we also checked out the magazine's list of Most Useless Sites and were intrigued by the Meet-an-Inmate one.
We're also proud to have been named a winner last month in the 2008 Knight-Batten Awards for Innovation in Journalism . The grand prize winner was Wired's cool WikiScanner coverage, which showed how companies were altering their Wikipedia entries. PolitiFact won a Special Distinction award.
We're honored to be honored!
